Looking to celebrate a special occasion? How about an exquisite Afternoon Tea party catered by The Secret Tea Room? These private tea rooms are ideal for groups of 24 to 36 guests. The total cost is approximately $2000.
The DeBary Inn is a fine historic home in Summit, built in the 1880s by Frederick DeBary, so it's the perfect setting for your own Afternoon Tea Party. The Secret Tea Rooms creates a pleasant ambiance with linens- white table cloths, pink toppers and houndstooth blue napkins- and a collection of antique chinaware, and tiers bedecked with freshly baked scones, sandwiches and other treats. Then you complete the picture, decorating the rooms as you wish and welcoming your guests to celebrate in style (we're always delighted to see those fascinators!).
The Inn has hosted fabulous tea parties for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and corporate gatherings. The DeBary Inn offers rentals for $200 per hour. We suggest 3 hours for an event. The Secret Tea Room catering fee is $50 per person (min $1200, not inclusive of tax or gratuity). The space is ideal for groups of 24 -36. The Tea Room includes scones, sandwiches, a dessert of your choice and unlimited tea. There is no alcohol license but you can bring your own and serve it.
