Looking for a bit of luxury? Treat yourself to an upscale dinner! Top choices for a bit of a fancy dinner are Summit House (great cocktails and a lovely seasonal menu), Roots Steakhouse (and what a steakhouse it is), and Fin Raw Fish and Kitchen (if seafood is your thing, this is your place).

Hoping to find the springtime vibes? Head into New York City for the NYC Botanical Garden Orchid Show. Open from February 7th until April 26th, this year’s show The Orchid Show: Mr. Flower Fantastic’s Concrete Jungle fuses the dazzling skyscrapers and iconic structures of the city with the delicate nature of orchids. Well worth the visit!

Curated flowers not your thing? Take a stroll around Central Park to hunt for early blooming cherry blossoms! The park in spring is hopping with signs of life as the city leaves its winter hibernation and you may just catch the start of cherry blossom season in the city.

Dreaming of a day of pampering? I have two recommendations for spas in the area: Woodhouse Spa | Massage, Facial, Day Spa in Summit They do a really great deep tissue massage and I also recommend their Stretch + Recover massage. Benessere | Spa & Wellness Center Their hot stone massage is lovely.
